For your convenience, please upload your file(s) to our easy to use ftp site. Adobe Illustrator .eps files seem to work the best to reproduce your signs. Before you save your file, all text must be converted to curves or outlines. If there are any photos or images, please embed them in the file.   If you decide to link the images, include the image files in the upload as well.

Our server will only accept files that have been zipped and have the extensions .ZIP (PC),  .SEA, .SIT, .ai, .pdf, .eps or .SITX (MAC).

To upload a file:
1.   Use WINZIP, STUFFIT or similar to compress the files.
2.   Ensure file names are concise, DO NOT contain " / " or " \ " characters and end in the correct suffix.
(ie. .zip, .sea, .sit or .sitx)
3.   Ensure the compressed file is less than 200mb
4.   Fill in the appropriate information below.
5.   Select the file to be uploaded.
6.   Click the 'Upload File' button.

Please Note:
Files that are not .ZIP, .SEA, .SITor .SITX, .ai, .pdf, .eps and do not have the correct suffix in the file name will not upload!
The time taken to upload files is dependent on file size and can take from a few seconds to a few minutes.
A notice will appear when the upload is complete. Please be patient with larger files.
Files with the same filename as existing files uploaded to the FTP server will be overwritten.

Color Management varies from computer to computer, from one design program to another design program, and from one printer to another printer. We will do our very best to match the colors you specify. However, if an exact color match is essential, we recommend you order a small printed sample of your sign for approval.
